Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Webcasting Solutions (the "Service"), operated by UKELEC Ltd, 109 Greenford Avenue, London W7 1HA, England ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it. You must not publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content; we may suspend sites that do.
3. AI-generated material
Text and images suggested by AI tools are provided as drafts. Review them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
4. Plans, invoices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or pounds. Paid features are activated once the related invoice is settled. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a first payment for a refund of that payment.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We back up data regularly.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
