UKELEC Ltd ("we") is the controller of personal data processed through Webcasting Solutions. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you provide them, your name and business details.
• Content you add to your sites.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and usage logs needed to run and secure the Service.

Why we use it

• To provide the Service and send sign-in codes and service emails (contract).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To send invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, AI processing of the text you submit), under contracts that protect it.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and for up to six years afterwards where the law requires it for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing support@webcasting.solutions. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
