Everything you need to know about Webcasting,
in one place, with pictures

From building a site with AI to in-place editing, the finance module, the content studio, customer relationship management and support — this page is the complete guide to every capability the platform has today, always up to date.

Zero to a live site

Get started in four steps

Building a complete, live site on Webcasting takes just a few minutes.

Create an account

Sign up with a phone number or email and confirm the one-time code; no password needed.

Pick a template or build with AI

Choose one of the ready templates that fits your business (store, media, corporate, education and more) or generate the initial content with AI.

Edit in place

Click straight on your live site, change text and images, move sections around — no separate editing screen.

Domain & publishing

You are instantly live on the free subdomain slug.webcasting.solutions. For your own domain, set the DNS record and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.

Step by step

The site wizard — one choice, the rest is automatic

In the first step you only pick your line of business. Everything else follows from it: site type, a filtered template gallery, a matching color palette, the specialized module for that trade and even sample industry data. You configure none of it by hand.

Line of business

One of 15 ready trades. If none matches exactly, the Custom path opens an order form instead.

Template

The template gallery for your trade. Each card shows its own real layout, not a decorative image.

Details and live preview

Name, description, phone, email and address — all optional, with a live preview beside the form that updates as you type.

Build and publish

Starter content is written for your trade and the site goes live on a free subdomain, with your trade's module switched on for a 10-day free trial.

15 ready trades

Retail and pharmacy

Products, categories, cart and online payment. A pharmacy gets the same structure with drug categories and online ordering.

Education

Courses and lessons, live sessions, student enrollment and completion certificates.

Media and video

An archive of films, series and programs, with upload, transcoding and playback in a dedicated player.

News

A news portal with a full editorial workflow: writing, editor review, approval and publishing.

Restaurant and cafe

A digital menu with categories, prices and photos, openable by QR at the table, plus table booking.

Travel

Tours and stays with capacity, departure dates and online booking.

Services, clinics and practices

Present your services and specialties with an appointment form and patient follow-up.

Law and real estate

Present legal services or property listings, with request forms for consultations and viewings.

Corporate

Company profile, services, portfolio and team — the most basic structure and the most flexible.

Insurance

Insurance lines and rate quotes, plus the Insurance Services module with policy renewal dates and reminders.

Personal

Portfolio and resume — for designers, photographers, consultants and anyone who is their own brand.

Custom

A separate three-step path: you describe what you need on an order form and the Webcasting team shapes it with you.

Each account can build up to 5 sites. Creating an account and building a site are free; a plan is only needed when you want to publish.

Platform core

In-place editorlive

Your live site is the editor — nothing to learn, no separate panel to visit.

Click to edit text

Click any text and type directly; saving is instant and needs no refresh.

Swap images in place

Click any image and pick from your site media or upload a new one.

Reorder sections & items

Drag and drop to reorder sections, products or news — instant and reversible.

Add a new section

From the section palette, drop a new block (gallery, products, news and more) straight into the editor.

yoursite.webcasting.solutions
Core module, active on every site

Finance & accounting

Payments, invoices, tax and financial reports — all from one panel.

Wallet

Top up through payment gateways or bank transfer; spent on AI tokens, domains and video transcoding.

Payment gateways

Connect several gateways to your store at once, with configurable fees and priority.

Invoices & tax

Automatic invoicing for every order, with tax and discount rules configurable per site.

Financial reports

An overview of revenue, transactions and wallet spending in a single dashboard.

AI assistants

AI in four places in your work, not one button

AI here is not a chat widget in the corner of the page. It steps in at four different points: when you build the site, when you write content, when you make the site multilingual, and when you want something done in the panel.

AI Designer

It steps in while the site is being built: a matching color palette, typography and layout for your line of business. The output is fully editable and any section can be redesigned on its own.

Content studiolive

It generates text and images with ready-made prompts for every job: product descriptions, news articles, social posts, course outlines, biographies. Generated images land straight in the site's media library and can be used anywhere.

AI Translatorlive

It carries your site's content into other languages and keeps separate manual editing per language. Right-to-left and left-to-right direction is handled automatically, so Arabic and English both sit correctly.

Command assistantexperimental

Instead of walking through menus, you say what you want by typing or by voice. It can read your site overview, products, orders and courses, create products and courses, and update prices. It asks for confirmation before acting and every change can be undone.

Three tiers — so the cost matches the need

Bronze

Text and image generation. Enough for most sites: product descriptions, articles and topical images.

Silver

Everything in Bronze, plus voice-over and short video — for anyone running active social channels.

Gold

Everything in Silver, plus full video and the complete production chain from a topic to a finished output.

Studio usage is metered against your wallet credit, and credit comes from topping up the wallet or from the sign-up bonus. Before any job runs, the project's budget ceiling is checked so no cost catches you by surprise. Heavy video production and professional voice-over run on FlowStudio, and advertising campaigns on Sanjab — both from inside this same panel, with no new account.

First case: service businesses

Customer relationship managementlive

A fully separate workspace for your sales and support staff, independent of the main site panel.

Contacts & records

Record, search and follow up customers with admin / staff / view-only access levels.

Appointments & reminders

Automatic reminders and Google Calendar integration without complex authentication.

Bulk import from Excel

Import hundreds of contacts with a preview before confirming and duplicate protection.

Reporting

Team performance and follow-up rates, exportable as CSV.

Ready today for service businesses; expansion to other industries is on the platform roadmap.

Three layers

Support

For your site visitors, and for you.

Live site chat

A chat widget for your own customers — answered by you or your team.

Smart help assistant

Automatic answers to common questions, then a search of your site content, and finally AI.

Webcasting support tickets

Direct contact with the platform support team for domain, hosting and server issues.

Trust

Security & verification

Wherever it matters, the system verifies things automatically.

Domain verification + automatic SSL

Once DNS is set, domain ownership is verified and the SSL certificate is issued with no manual step.

Payment verification

Every transaction is stamped as verified once the gateway confirms it, and recorded in the financial report.

“Verified purchase” badge

Reviews from customers who actually bought get a verification badge.

Login without a fixed password

Sign in with a one-time code by SMS or email, on a freshly designed two-column login page.

New

Infrastructure — domain, hosting, servers and consulting

You do not need to source your infrastructure elsewhere. All four services have an online order page: pick the specs, the price updates instantly, and you can order without signing in.

Domain registration

Ten extensions (.ir · .com · .net · .org · .info · .live · .io · .dev · .shop · .co). You can check availability for the name you want right there. Once the order is placed, the payment link and the registration confirmation are emailed to you. Domain registration is not free and each extension has its own price.

Hosting and virtual servers

Choose hosting with the disk space and bandwidth you need. A virtual server has cores, memory, storage and a region — Iran, France, USA, Europe, Germany and Finland — and the price is multiplied by the region you pick.

Cloud consulting and solutions

Deployment on the major global clouds — Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Hetzner, OVHcloud — or a dedicated data centre. We design the architecture together, and setup and maintenance are on us. The price is agreed after a conversation.

New

Branding and advertising

A good website is necessary but not sufficient. These three services produce your content, put it in front of your audience, and follow visitors until they become customers.

Video studio

Upload your videos and play them on your own site with a dedicated player — no YouTube, no Aparat. You choose the output quality; “storage” is the total size of the videos you keep and “transcode” is the total number of hours converted.

Growth package — SEO and AI visibility

A monthly package with optional add-ons: Google SEO, visibility inside AI answers (GEO — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), automatic publishing to social networks, and customer follow-up. You tick each one separately and the price updates instantly.

Advertising

Placement across the Webcasting network of sites. The billing unit is a viewable impression, not a raw one — meaning half the pixels in view for at least one continuous second. Floor prices per placement are being finalized.

Line-item guide

What each item on the service pages means

On the order pages there is a “?” beside every item that could be unclear, and it brings you here. Each entry says exactly what you are buying and how it is counted.

Video hosting

Storage

The total size of the videos you keep on the service, per gigabyte per month. Up to 10 MB is free; beyond that it is 50,000 toman per gigabyte per month. Delete a video and it stops counting from the next month.

Transcoding

Converting raw video into adaptive playable qualities. The unit is an hour of video, not a file count: one 30-minute file counts as half an hour. The output is an HLS and DASH link you place in your own site or app. The playback link goes live after review approval.

480p / 720p / 1080p output

The transcoding output quality. It is a price multiplier, not a separate item: 480p is half, 720p is one, and 1080p is one and a half times the base rate. The multipliers are multiplied into the transcoding amount. Real-time live streaming is not offered yet.

Domains

Domain extension

Ten extensions: ir. · com. · net. · org. · info. · live. · io. · dev. · shop. · co. — each with its own yearly price. You type the name, tick the extensions, and they are all checked together. Registration is for one year. An ir. registration is done by a human and takes up to 24 hours; if it fails, the full amount is refunded.

Virtual servers and hosting

CPU

The number of dedicated processing cores on the server. One or two cores are enough for an ordinary site; a high-traffic shop or video transcoding wants four or more.

Memory

The server's RAM in gigabytes. A shortage shows itself as sudden slowness and 502 errors rather than a clear message — so do not cut it short.

Disk

The server's disk in gigabytes, covering the operating system, the database and the site's files. On shared hosting, this same item is your web space.

Bandwidth

The total data exchanged per month. Video and heavy images consume it fast; domestic and international traffic are not counted separately.

Region

The server's physical location: Iran, France, the United States, Europe, Germany, Finland. It is a price multiplier applied to the resource total. Is your audience in Iran? Iran has the lowest latency. Do you have a global audience? Europe.

Additional domain

One hosting account can run several independent sites on separate domains. An “additional domain” is each domain beyond the main one. The domain itself is bought separately; this item is only the hosting capacity.

Cloud consulting

Why the cloud amount is negotiated

Two cloud projects are almost never alike: the number of services, the region, the data volume and the support level move the amount several times over. A fixed number would mean either overcharging or a promise we cannot keep. You tick the subject and the provider, and a specialist returns a technical proposal and a price.

Growth package

Monthly package

The core of the service: a content calendar, regular publishing, ranking monitoring and a monthly report. The add-ons sit on top of this and mean nothing without it.

Google SEO

Technical and content optimization for Google results: page structure, speed, structured data, and targeted content built on your business's real keywords.

Visibility in AI answers (GEO)

People ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity instead of searching. GEO means shaping your content so those tools can quote it and name you — a clear source, a direct answer, and structured data.

Social publishing

The same content is published automatically to your business's Telegram and Instagram. You create once and are seen everywhere — with no copy-and-paste.

Customer follow-up (CRM)

Leads arriving from your site's forms land in one ledger, trigger call reminders, and their conversion rate is reported. Without it, leads get lost in email.

Additional post

A “post” is one publish-ready content item: text plus an image, shaped for that network. Need more than the monthly package's quota? Set the extra count right here.

Additional campaign

A campaign is one defined goal over a defined period: a single message, several content items, a publishing schedule and a results report. It differs from a post — a post is one item, a campaign is a targeted set.

Advertising

Six placements and the “viewable impression” unit

Six placements: the top billboard, in-content, the sidebar, sticky bottom, pre-roll, and native in listings. The billing unit is a viewable impression, not a raw one: at least half the banner in the user's viewport for at least one continuous second. Nothing is charged for a banner nobody ever saw.

Module library

26 modules — each one an independent data hub

A module in Webcasting is not a plugin. Every module has its own data models, its own admin page, its own API and its own blocks in the editor. Switching one on opens its admin page in the panel and places its public face on the site's home page automatically; switching it off takes that face back down. Core modules are on from day one on every site, and your own trade's module activates with a 10-day free trial.

Core — on every site, at no extra cost (11 modules)

In-place page editor

You click on the live site itself and change text and images right there, and drag sections into place. Header, footer and menu are built from the same place. There is no separate page for editing.

AI Designer and AI Studio

It builds a palette and layout that fit your trade, generates text and images, and publishes them to your channels. Details in the AI section above.

AI Translator

Makes your site multilingual: automatic content translation, then separate manual editing per language. Right-to-left and left-to-right direction is handled automatically.

Analytics

Visits, top pages and traffic sources. Beyond counting: the same visitor's path is followed from first arrival to purchase, so you can see exactly where people drop off.

SEO and marketing

Meta title and description per page, sitemap and robots for Google and Bing, and exposing your content to AI engines so your brand shows up in their answers too.

Finance and accounting

Official invoices for individuals and legal entities, tax, discounts, price adjustment and financial reports. Each site's financial data belongs to that site and never mixes with another's.

Reviews

A visitor's comment reaches you for approval before it is published. A review from someone who actually bought from you carries a verified-purchase badge.

Messaging

Live chat with visitors, a floating help button on the site, and a Telegram connection for order alerts and customer messages.

Support ticketing

Your customer opens a ticket from inside your own site and you answer it in your own panel — with no separate support tool.

Notices and announcements

Banners, pop-ups and scheduled campaigns on your own site — for a sale, breaking news or a call to action. Network advertising is separate and centrally managed.

API and automation

An API key and webhooks to connect your site to tools like n8n, Make and Telegram, so content and events move between your systems automatically.

Industry — your own trade's module with a 10-day free trial (9 modules)

Physical products with stock tracking or downloadable products with a secure download link. Variants, categories, image galleries, cart, discount coupons and order management.

A full newsroom: writing, sending to the editor, review, approval and publishing — with categories, tags, authors and a revision history for every article.

An archive of films, series, documentaries and programs with genre, age rating and full credits, plus upload, transcoding, playback in a dedicated player and display blocks on the site.

A restaurant or cafe menu with categories, prices and photos, openable by QR at the table — with no app for the customer to install.

The big picture

Want to see the whole platform on one page?

This guide teaches you step by step how to work. The platform map does something else: it puts everything Webcasting has today side by side in one infographic — the five-station work loop, the wizard and its 15 trades, 26 modules across 12 groups, four layers of AI, seven infrastructure and growth services, six server regions and the architecture layers. Made for anyone who wants to know exactly what this platform offers before starting.

The work loop

Build, assemble, sell, measure, grow — and how each station's output becomes the next one's input.

The module map

All 26 modules with the status of each: live, beta or in progress — no vagueness and no promises.

Infrastructure

Seven services covering domains, hosting, servers and cloud, with six regions to choose your server's physical location.

Most asked

Frequently asked questions

Is the first subdomain free?

Yes. Every site goes live for free on slug.webcasting.solutions by default. For your own domain, all that is needed is registration and a DNS connection.

How is AI content generation charged?

Studio usage is metered against your wallet credit, and credit comes from topping up the wallet or from the sign-up bonus. There are three tiers: Bronze (text and image), Silver (plus voice-over and short video) and Gold (plus full video). Before any job runs, the budget ceiling is checked so no cost catches you by surprise.

Can I move the sections of my site around?

Yes — in the in-place editor you can drag and drop any section, product or list item; the change is instant and reversible.

Is the CRM suitable for every business?

The services version and the insurance version are ready and live today. A general version that works for any trade is in progress. Until then, leads from your site's forms and customer follow-up are available through the Messaging module and the Insurance Services module.

Modules are updated daily — will my site break?

No. Every module has a defined contract and sits in a defined layer, so updating one does not spill onto the others. All sites also share one rendering engine, which means every improvement to the editor or to speed reaches your site the same day without you doing anything.

Where is my site's server, and can I choose it?

Sites published on a Webcasting subdomain or custom domain are hosted on our own infrastructure and need nothing from you. If your business needs a dedicated server, you order a virtual server right here and choose its physical location among six regions: Iran, France, the United States, Europe, Germany and Finland. For larger architectures we also advise on and set up global cloud platforms.

What is the difference between a core module and an industry module?

A core module is something every site needs — the editor, analytics, SEO, finance, comments, messaging and a few more — and it is on from day one on every site. An industry module belongs to one kind of business, such as Shop, Restaurant Menu or Insurance Services. Your own trade's module is switched on with a 10-day free trial when the site is built, and the rest stay off so the editor palette does not get crowded.

Where do I get help if something goes wrong?

Start with the smart help assistant in the panel; if that does not answer it, open a support ticket for the Webcasting team.

Still have a question?

Either start right away, or ask the support team.
